Tenor takes being a work desk seriously, but not itself. At 120 cm wide, 65 cm deep and 75 cm high it is a proper working desk: room for a laptop, a notebook, a coffee and that pile of things left down with "I'll just put it here."
Grade 304 stainless steel from top to bottom. The top is steel, the frame is steel, the drawers are steel; a surface that says "it's fine" whatever is spilled on it or dropped on it. It picks up small marks over time and carries the story of where it lives; on a factory floor, in a glazed office or in a corner of your home, it sits there with the same quiet confidence.
The unit of three drawers goes on the right or the left, your choice: the two shallow ones at the top are home to pens, cables, chargers and anything you would rather not show anyone, while the deep one at the bottom is made for files and folders. The top drawer has a lock, so you get a corner that is yours alone. The handles are recessed into the drawer fronts, so nothing sticks out to catch your trousers or sleeve. The side of the unit is a closed panel, and the other side is open: a slim tube-legged frame braced with two stretcher bars, leaving plenty of room for your legs. Because a good desk thinks about you as well as your things.
It may look a little severe, but it is a very loyal desk: whatever work you do today it will take on tomorrow, and ten years from now. It can show fingerprints; wipe it with a damp cloth and it pulls itself together again.

Wipe the stainless steel with a damp cloth and dry it with a clean one; wiping along the grain reduces marks. Avoid abrasive pads, bleach and chlorine-based cleaners. Small scratches blend into the surface with use.

- You can return it within 14 days of delivery. The product must be sent back in the same packaging and undamaged; any damage is documented with a photo. - How can I pay, and is VAT included?
- You can pay by credit or debit card (iyzico). Prices include 10% VAT.
- Who makes Tenor?
- Kavela makes its furniture in Ankara, Türkiye as boutique production. Because of this, dimensions can vary by a few centimetres and colour or texture can differ slightly from order to order.
- What is Tenor made of?
- Grade 304 stainless steel (top, frame and drawers).
- Will fingerprints and scratches show on a stainless steel desk?
- Fingerprints can show on a polished surface; wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a clean one. Small scratches from use blend into the surface over time. Avoid abrasive pads, bleach and chlorine-based cleaners.
- What does grade 304 steel mean?
- 304 is a standard stainless steel grade, also used in kitchen and food equipment, with good resistance to corrosion. All stainless steel products on our site are grade 304.
- Can I have the drawer unit on the right or the left?
- Yes. Choose "Unit side" when you order, right or left, at the same price. It is the mirror image of the same build; sizes and hardware stay the same.
- Do the drawers lock, and do files fit?
- The top drawer of the unit has a lock; the deep bottom drawer is made for files and folders. The middle one is shallow, for stationery and small items.
- What should I watch for when opening the package and placing it?
- The desk is heavy: lift it with two people and place it without dragging, with a soft cover underneath so the floor is not scratched. Check the package with the courier at delivery and, if you see damage, have a report made and write to us.
- Which options does Tenor come in?
- Unit side: Right, Left.
- Can I order a custom colour, fabric or size?
- It may be possible. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will tell you what can be done.
- Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
- Yes, there are discounts for larger quantities. Tell us the quantity and where it will be used and we will prepare an offer.
- Where is it made?
- Kavela pieces are made in our own workshop in Ankara.
- Does it need assembly?
- Most pieces arrive ready. Some need simple assembly, and in that case an assembly diagram is inside the package.
- Do you ship abroad?
- Not at the moment. For special requests, please contact us.
- What happens after I order?
- You receive an order confirmation by e-mail, and a second notification when your order is ready.
- Is there a warranty?
- Yes, a 2-year warranty that covers every problem caused by production.
- Do you send fabric or leather samples?
- We do not send samples. For questions about colour and texture, write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
- Can I visit the store and see the products?
- Yes, every day from 10:00 to 19:00 except Sunday. Not every product is always on display, so ask us first if you want to see a specific one.
- Can you issue an invoice?
- Yes. Enter your invoice details while placing the order.
