Handan, a low, soft leather sofa you won't want to get up from once you sink into it. Available in distressed brown or matte blue, both genuine leather. The first thing that catches the eye upon entering the room is its stance: low to the ground, plump, with rounded edges.
The body, appearing as a single piece, flows seamlessly from back to armrest; stitching is minimal, lines are calm. The seat is low and deep, the back slightly curved forward, meaning you don't just sit on the sofa, you settle into it. Comfortably seats two; perfect for stretching out alone with a book.
The distressed brown carries an air as if it has been there for years; the leather wrinkles, shines, and gains character with use. The matte blue, conversely, is calm and bold, a piece that defines the room's color on its own. Both share the same form, the same plump seating; the only difference lies in the leather's color and surface.
Wiping the leather with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth, and keeping it away from heat sources and direct sunlight, is sufficient. Every leather hide has slightly different grain and tone; this is not a defect, but the nature of genuine leather.

- What is the return and exchange policy?
- Kavela Design pieces are not sold from stock; each piece is made to order for you according to the colour, fabric, material and dimensions you select. Therefore, under Article 15/1-b of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal (return without reason) does not apply. In case of transit damage or manufacturing defects, free repair and replacement apply; details are on the Delivery and Returns page.
- How can I pay, and is VAT included?
- You can pay by credit or debit card (iyzico). Prices include 10% VAT.

- Kavela makes its furniture in Ankara, Türkiye as boutique production. Because of this, dimensions can vary by a few centimetres and colour or texture can differ slightly from order to order.

- Are creases and colour differences in the leather normal?
- Yes. The grain and tone of genuine leather differ a little from piece to piece; the brown leather creases, shines and gains character with use. That is not a flaw; it is the nature of leather.

- Kavela pieces are made in our own workshop in Ankara.

- Most pieces arrive ready. Some need simple assembly, and in that case an assembly diagram is inside the package.
